Terms of Service

1. What Hookzie is

Hookzie is a software tool that reads a product page you provide and generates advertising ideas: a strategic brief, ad angles, hooks and video scripts. It is offered as a membership through Whop and runs inside the Whop platform. By using Hookzie you agree to these terms and to Whop's own terms of service, which govern your purchase, billing and refunds.

2. Your account and billing

Access is tied to your Whop account and your active membership. Whop handles payment, renewals, cancellations and refunds. Each plan includes a monthly number of generation runs; unused runs do not roll over. We may change plan limits or pricing for future billing periods with notice on the Whop product page.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Hookzie to:

• promote products or services that are illegal where you or your customers are located;
• create advertising that is deceptive, or that makes health, medical, financial or earnings claims that you cannot substantiate;
• submit pages you do not have the right to use, or attempt to extract data from sites in violation of their terms;
• resell, share or automate access to the service beyond your own membership;
• attempt to reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the service.

4. Generated content

You own the angles, hooks and scripts generated from your inputs and may use them commercially. Output is produced by an AI model and can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a given platform. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you publish it and for complying with the advertising policies of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google and any other platform you use, as well as applicable advertising law. Hookzie flags claims to avoid for each product, but that list is not legal advice and is not exhaustive.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Generation depends on third-party AI providers and on the product pages you submit; some pages cannot be read. We may add, change or remove features. If we discontinue the service we will say so on the Whop product page before your next renewal.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hookzie's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the membership in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, ad spend, account suspensions on advertising platforms, or indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You can cancel at any time through Whop. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, with a refund of the unused portion of the current period unless the breach is serious or repeated.
